Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, booking appointments, purchasing gift cards or packages, or receiving services from Belleza Spa, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into binding agreements).
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you must not use the Site or our services.

2. Services & Treatments

• We offer aesthetic, skin care, injectable, laser, and related medical spa treatments.
• All treatments are provided subject to your health profile, medical history, and the judgment of our qualified staff. You must provide accurate, complete health information including allergies, medications, prior treatments, etc.
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it is not safe, appropriate, or if you have failed to disclose relevant health information.

3. Booking, Deposits & Payment

• Appointments must be scheduled through our Site, by phone/text, or via our booking system.
• Certain services require a deposit. The deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment, or do not show up (“no show”), you may forfeit your deposit, and/or be charged a cancellation fee.
• Payment is due at the time of treatment, unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as stated on our Site.

4. Cancellation & “No-Show” Policy

• To avoid cancellation fees or loss of deposit, you must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
• If canceled later, or if you don’t show up, a $100 fee may apply (or another amount specified), and deposit may be non-refundable or non-transferable.
• If you are ill or have an emergency, contact us as soon as possible; we may work with you depending on circumstances, but fees/deposit loss may still apply per our discretion.

5. Refunds & Packages

• No refunds will be given for services rendered.
• Prepaid treatments, packages, or gift cards may have specific expiration dates (e.g. one year from purchase). You must use within that timeframe or risk losing the value.
• Packages or prepaid services may be forfeited (i.e. you may lose them without refund) if you fail to attend or cancel properly, according to our cancellation policy.

6. Prices & Specials

• All prices, promotions, packages, specials, and offers are subject to change without notice.
• Any monthly specials or promotions must be booked during the promotional period, and may have additional terms or restrictions.

7. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed and a “no-show” or late arrival fee may apply.
• You must follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions given by our staff; failure to follow instructions may affect results or safety.
• Disclose any medical conditions, medications, skin sensitivities, allergies, or anything relevant to the safety or effectiveness of a treatment.

8. Health & Medical Disclaimer

• Treatments offered are aesthetic in nature. Results are not guaranteed and vary between individuals.
• Our staff are not liable for adverse reactions, complications, or injuries that result from failure to disclose relevant medical history or from non-compliance with instructions.
• The information and content on the Site (including blog, FAQs, etc.) are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult with qualified professionals for medical advice specific to you.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, video, design) is owned by or licensed to Belleza Spa. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display or otherwise use any of the content without our written permission.
• “Belleza Spa” and associated logos, service names, trademarks are our property.

10. Privacy & Cookies

• We collect certain personal and health information when you book appointments, purchase services, or use the Site. How we collect, use, store, share this information is described in our Privacy Policy (link to policy).
• We use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience, analyze Site usage, and optimize services. If you accept cookies, your data may be collected in aggregated form.

11. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belleza Spa and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or the services, even if advised of the possibility.
• Our liability for direct damages (if any) is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Belleza Spa, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents, from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your negligence or willful misconduct;
• Your misuse of the Site or services, or failure to follow instructions.

13. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, or refuse to provide services, at our discretion, particularly if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, all sections which by their nature should survive (e.g. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will continue in effect.

14. Changes to Terms

• We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Site with a “Last Updated” date.
• Your continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver/Colorado.

16. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy (and any other policies referenced herein), constitute the entire agreement between you and Belleza Spa regarding the Site/services, superseding any prior agreements.
