What is the cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance, including snow days. Cancellation fee is $100 for late cancel or no show.
Deposits will be collected for certain treatments. This deposit is not refundable or transferable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, or due to a no show.
If the treatment is prepaid, or from a package, the treatment may potentially be forfeited.
If you are sick a few days before your appointment, please reschedule instead of waiting to cancel the day of the appointment.
What are the best treatments for fine lines and wrinkles?
Xeomin and Botox will help soften existing lines and wrinkles, and prevent them from getting deeper.
To continue to resurface and improve fine lines and wrinkles outside of injections, the best treatments are: Microneedling, Morpheus8 RF Microneedling, CO2 Fractional Laser, and the ClearLift laser.
What if I want faster results?
You can come up with a combination treatment plan with Kelly based on your skin goals and concerns. Many of the services offered can be combined in a single session to achieve quicker results.
What are the best treatments for melasma?
Melasma is caused by hormonal changes along with sun exposure and increased internal body temperature. Melasma may never fully go away, but we can lessen the appearance with treatments such as the ClearLift Laser, VI Peel, Erbium Laser and Brightening Stem Cell Microneedling.
If your melasma is caused or worsened by the sun or heat, the best treatments are the VI Peel, Erbium Laser and the Brightening Stem Cell Microneedling.
What are your strongest services & treatments?
The CO2 Laser, Morpheus8 RF Microneedling and Sofwave are the strongest. Because of their strong nature, they do not require as many treatments per year.
I just had Botox/fillers, how long should I wait for a treatment?
It is recommended to wait at least 2 weeks after Botox injections and 4 weeks after filler injections.

Sciton BBL Photofacial, Brightening Microneedling, Vi Peel, Erbium and CO2.
What are the best treatments for my eyes?
