What is PRF?

Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) is a minimally invasive, natural injectable treatment that uses a patient's blood to rejuvenate skin, build collagen and improve overall appearance of the face, neck and under eyes

What to Expect During Treatment

Blood Draw: A small amount of your blood is drawn
Centrifugation: The blood is then processed in a centrifuge, which separates it into different components. PRF is obtained by spinning the blood at a slower speed compared to PRP, allowing for the preservation of a higher concentration of fibrin, a protein involved in clotting and healing
Extraction: The PRF is collected from the separated components
Injections: The PRF Liquid and/or Gel is injected into the treatment area

PRF Liquid

Consistency: As the name suggests, PRF liquid is a more fluid form of PRF, resembling a serum
Applications: PRF liquid is commonly used for procedures that require a fluid application, such as:
- Microneedling: Applied during or after microneedling to enhance the procedure’s effectiveness and boost collagen production
- Under Eyes: improves dark circles, volume and texture/wrinkles
- Injection Therapy: Injected into the skin to stimulate healing and rejuvenation in areas needing improvement

PRF EZ Gel

Consistency: PRF gel has a more gel-like consistency due to a higher concentration of fibrin
Applications: PRF gel is used for:
- Soft Tissue Augmentation: Where a thicker consistency helps in volumizing and contouring
Benefits: Provides a scaffold for tissue regeneration and can be used in areas requiring more substantial support or volumization. The gel structure also helps in a more controlled and sustained release of growth factors

PRF Treatment Information

$500 per under eye treatment, $750 for EZ Gel treatments - PRF can be used for injectable skin rejuvenation, or for microneedling
Recommend 3 treatments for under eye rejuvenation, spaced out 4-6 weeks apart
PRF EZ Gel treatment number dependent on patient baseline
Expect mild to moderate swelling for up to 3 days & possible bruising
