Cancellations:
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance, including snow days. Cancellation fee is $100 for late cancel or no show.
Deposits will be collected for certain treatments. This deposit is not refundable or transferable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, or due to a no show
If the treatment is prepaid, or from a package, the treatment may potentially be forfeited
If you are sick a few days before your appointment, please reschedule instead of waiting to cancel the day of the appointment
Please arrive on time as we cannot typically see clients if you are 10 minutes late
